Cate Murden - A word from our Founder:
I’ve been where you are. For almost two decades I enjoyed an exciting, fast-paced career in media. I worked with some brilliant people in some amazing teams and I rose to the position of Head of Partnerships at one of London’s largest, most successful media agencies.
However, the demands of the job took its toll on me and in July 2014 I was signed off work with stress.
Fortunately, I survived this challenging period and, armed with newly found insight borne from my firsthand experience, I launched PUSH, determined to help businesses help their employees. You see, I don’t think it is necessary for any individual to experience what I did and I believe that organisations can be both the cause and the cure.
We have all gone through so much over the last few months. Thankfully, we are getting through it but it’s fair to say that the uncertainty we’re living in is here to stay for foreseeable and, certainly, none of us are truly thriving right now. Here’s the thing: events are happening that are affecting how we’re feeling and our foundations. Yet, more is being demanded of us than ever before. So, it stands to reason that we must do more to support ourselves.
This is where PUSH comes in. We are determined to share the skills, behaviours, and beliefs that will help every single one of us get to and stay at our best right now.
Because having energised, motivated and happy people makes great business sense.
