OUR PLEDGE
WE PROMISE TO MAKE WORK BETTER FOR 3 MILLION PEOPLE IN 3 YEARS
Since 2020 almost all employee wellbeing metrics have belly flopped. As a consequence, we’re seeing trends like “The Great Resignation” and “Quiet Quitting” emerge in quick succession. We are determined to turn those trends around.
THE 3 MILLION: WHO ARE THEY?
by focusing on communities and young people.
It means whether you’re a C-Suite Exec or a Charity Worker; a pensioner or still at school, you can join us on our journey to Make Work Better.
Introducing PUSH Futures and PUSH Community. For the people of today and the talent of tomorrow.
PUSH futures
Giving the next generation a better shot at workplace wellbeing
Our PUSH Futures initiative aims to safeguard and strengthen the mental health of the next generation of employees. It will not only provide them with the tools to manage their minds as they progress through their careers, but help them to articulate their mental health needs to employers. By sharing these preventative tools and encouraging open conversations around their mental health, we are not only proactively addressing the stigma that exists around mental health in the workplace, but are creating a more resilient and empowered generation of employees who feel confident prioritising their minds.
A pioneering programme that invests in the next generation.
Helping our future workforce manage their mental health and wellbeing in the workplace.
Bespoke preventative toolkits for students and graduates.
Delivered by one of our experienced coaches via a talk or webinar.
