Wellbeing Audit

Get to the heart of how your people are really feeling with a PUSH wellbeing audit. Using our expert-backed approach, we are able to reveal and measure the condition of your organisation’s wellbeing.

Our audits can be used as in 2 ways. 

  • As a standalone product that gives you an insight into your company’s wellbeing and mental health status.
  • To power and measure your bespoke PUSH programme. The insights from the first touchpoint help us to tailor your bespoke programme in line with your unique challenges, whilst touchpoints at 6 and 12 months help us to measure the impact of the programme and make adjustments based on the results.

An example of our audit:

We ran a wellbeing audit for a large media company to understand and measure its climate for positive wellbeing within the business. 

Using our expert-backed methodology, we asked how individuals were feeling, gained insights into their ability to look after their own wellbeing, and assessed this alongside any mental health and wellbeing frameworks the organisation had in place.

We used the gaps that emerged to set objectives for the programme, creating a bespoke coaching and training programme that achieved game-changing results for the organisation and its people.
