Founder and Neuro-Leadership Coach
Cate Murden
Cate spent fifteen years in the media agency industry, leading partnerships in fast-moving, high-pressure environments, before founding PUSH in 2014. She knows the language of deadlines, demanding clients and busy teams. She also knows that what keeps a leader awake at night is often more human: a difficult conversation, a strained relationship or the feeling that everyone needs something from them.
Since founding PUSH, Cate has trained in executive coaching with The Coaching Academy and neuroleadership coaching with the NeuroLeadership Institute. She is an accredited SDI facilitator, has completed a foundation course in Transactional Analysis with the Byrne Institute and is in her final year of training in transpersonal psychotherapy at the Psychosynthesis Trust.
Cate leads PUSH's thinking and much of its delivery and writes a weekly newsletter about the human side of leading people.

Head of Clients & Operations
Rachel Culleton
Rachel is PUSH's Head of Clients & Operations and has been part of PUSH since 2019. She's there from the initial conversation, working closely with Cate and the client through programme design, delivery, evaluation and what comes next. She holds the detail across the whole experience, making sure everything is joined up, thought through and runs as it should.
Before joining PUSH, Rachel spent more than ten years in media agencies in London and Sydney. She has since also retrained as a health coach and nutritional therapist.
She brings that mix of commercial experience and human understanding to every client relationship. She's committed to delivering everything to the highest standard and being a valued thought partner, working as an extension of the client's team rather than simply an external supplier.
