Questions people ask.

Who do you work with?

People and L&D teams in organisations of all sizes, across film and TV, advertising, publishing, retail, professional bodies and the public sector.

How big is a cohort?

It depends on the programme. Managing with Impact runs with up to 12 people, Emerging Leaders with 8 to 13, and Leading the Way with groups of up to 8, so senior leaders can speak openly. Team sessions are built around the whole team.

In person or virtual?

Both. Sessions run in person or virtually, whichever works for your people.

How long are sessions?

Managing with Impact workshops are 2 hours, Emerging Leaders workshops are 3 hours and Leading the Way workshops are 2.5 hours. Team sessions vary with the brief. A High-Performance Communication session typically runs 2 to 3 hours.

How long does a programme take?

Managing with Impact and Emerging Leaders each run over around five months, typically one workshop a month, and Leading the Way runs over around four months. Team work can be a single session or a short series, and we can build in follow-up.

What does coaching involve?

Managing with Impact includes two confidential 30-minute 1:1s with Cate, before and after the programme. Emerging Leaders includes three confidential 20-minute 1:1s, at the start, middle and end. Leading the Way includes two confidential 30-minute 1:1s, before and after. We also offer standalone 1:1 and group coaching.

How do you measure impact?

Where we've agreed measures with you, we'll share what's changed, what hasn't and what may need more support. On our manager programmes that means a short survey before and after, with findings shared with your People team and a summary or written impact report at the end. For team work and coaching, we agree what's useful to measure at the start.

Can our own team deliver it?

Yes. Through Train the Trainer we tailor our content to your organisation, train your facilitators to deliver it and hand over the materials they need. Where useful, Cate can co-deliver the first session with them.

Do you still do mental health and wellbeing?

Yes, as part of being a good manager: understanding your role, what isn't your role, and how to start the conversation.

How much does it cost?

Every programme is priced once we understand what you need, and you'll get a clear, fixed price before anything starts.
