High-Performance Communication

Better conversations. Stronger teams.

How a team communicates affects everything: relationships, trust, decision-making and performance.

But when things get busy or difficult, feedback gets softened or avoided, people react rather than respond, and the conversations that matter don't always happen.

High-Performance Communication helps teams communicate more openly, clearly and confidently, including when the conversation isn't easy.

Who it's for

Teams that want to communicate better, whether that's giving and receiving feedback, navigating difficult conversations, speaking up, challenging constructively or staying open when things get uncomfortable.

It can work for a team within a larger organisation or across a smaller business.

The session

High-Performance Communication

A practical, interactive session shaped around the communication challenges showing up in your team.

We explore what gets in the way of good communication and give people practical tools to approach conversations with greater clarity, confidence and intention.

Depending on what the team needs, this can include preparing for difficult conversations, managing tension, speaking up more assertively, giving and receiving feedback and using the CORE model to make feedback specific, respectful and solution-focused.

The session can also draw on tools for staying grounded when emotions rise, shifting from defensiveness to curiosity and responding rather than reacting.

For teams wanting to go deeper, we can build in follow-up sessions or check-ins to keep the learning moving.

The outcome

More open, clear and confident communication across the team.

Better feedback and more constructive conversations when things get difficult.

Practical tools people can use straight away in real situations.

"The team was so positive about the training. I had so much great feedback, which is very, very rare in our place when it comes to external training. They loved it."
