Start with a ‘Discovery Session’

Our experts get to the root cause – not just the symptoms.

We are experts at understanding human behaviour and appreciate that an organisation is just a collection of people working towards a shared goal.

In order to create genuine change and improve performance of people and companies, we need to see past the ‘symptoms’ to get to the cause itself. Otherwise you simply paper over the cracks.

Our discovery sessions enable us to understand what your people need most to get them to peak performance and we will use a number of our bespoke tools to garner your people insights. This will enable us to tailor your programme and get your employees and business on the right track.

Your people are your unique differentiator

Mental health in an Unequal World

with Upasna Bhadhal

Session:
With rising levels of anxiety and depression, the strain of the post covid era has left deep scars on our collective mental health. However, not all of these scars cut the same.

The psychological impact of the pandemic is still emerging. However, it has highlighted just how insidious the inequalities that permeate our society really are – especially when we correlate socio-economic status, racial inequality and unemployment levels (to name just a few). This session will look at the reality of inequality when it comes to mental health – from the data to diagnosis and beyond.

We will look at privilege, power, and access in the context of the workplace and the requirements of effective Allyship – looking at the importance of advocacy and amplification in this context

Yet, in the modern workplace, this bias can lead to adverse behavioural implications and workplace dynamics. This session aims to help you understand how bias can help and hinder us in the workplace, covering the theory and neuroscience of discrimination. You’ll walk away with a toolkit to mitigate your unconscious bias’s negative implications and a deeper understanding of yourself.
